Privacy policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026
This policy explains what information John Hughes Golf collects through orlandogolfcoaching.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. John Hughes Golf is a business of Florida Group Ventures CMM, Inc., a Florida corporation. In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean John Hughes Golf, and "you" means anyone who visits this site or sends us a request.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a call, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your first and last name, email address and mobile phone number
- The best time to call you and what kind of coaching you're interested in
- If you choose to share them, when you'd like to start, your typical score and your goal for the season
- Your agreement to be contacted, with the date and time you gave it
If you call, text or email us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us. The website you were on when you filled out the form, the page that sent you here, and any campaign codes in the link you followed (for example, codes showing you came from a particular ad or email).
- Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile checks signals from your browser and your IP address. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that information.
- Site statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't follow you across other websites.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details such as IP address, browser type and the time of each visit, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
- To call you about your request and recommend the right coaching program and coach
- To send you a confirmation email and follow up about coaching
- To schedule sessions and stay in touch if you become a client
- To understand which websites, ads and campaigns bring golfers to us, so we can improve them
- To protect the site and the form from spam and misuse
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations
Phone calls and text messages
By checking the box on our form, you agree that John Hughes Golf may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your request, at the number and address you gave us. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying any coaching.
- Text messages are about your request and coaching with us. How often we text depends on your request and our conversations.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 407-852-8547.
- We don't sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone else for their marketing.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask us to stop. We'll still send messages directly about coaching you've booked with us.
How we share information
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy and security commitments. These include ActiveCampaign, which stores our contact records and sends our emails, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site and provides spam protection.
- Our coaching team. If you're matched with one of our PGA coaches, we share what they need to coach you.
- Legal reasons. If the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
- Business changes. If our business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.
Cookies
This site doesn't set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use a strictly necessary cookie or browser storage to complete its spam check. If we add other analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy first.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we're in touch about coaching, and afterward for as long as we need it for business, tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete it sooner, as explained below.
How we protect information
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the form sends your request directly to our contact system without storing it on the website. Access to our contact records is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults. If you're asking about junior coaching, a parent or guardian should fill out the form. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you by phone, text or email
Contact us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to confirm your identity first.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
